FRIDAY

Greg and Andy and Andrea had a great time co-hosting the event at Emilio's Tapas. So, a couple weeks later, they decided to meet up again...

This time, they chose Kingston Mines ...

...and brought another 30 or so friends with them.

My personal favorite backstory:  The server from Emilio's Tapas (Giselle) said it looked like we were having a lot of fun at dinner and asked if she could attend the next one.   She came to Kingston Mines with her brother.

Kingston Mines means food and drinks and lots of laughs...

...and, of course, live music!

Kingston Mines is nearby Borders Clark and Diversey - where you can find The First Thirty available on the first floor. Or you can get it online here

SATURDAY - RIPPLE EFFECT

KMines0508nSat2.jpg

The next night, Greg met up with one of his friends at a local health food restaurant to get something to eat and talk about the party the night before. The person who made their salads was hilarious and nice. It also turned out she was from Poland, had not gotten to know too many Americans, and learned English by watching movies. So... they came back when her shift was over and took her to one.
